Job summary

Office Angels is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to nurture and expand relationships with a diverse client portfolio. You will drive client satisfaction, manage renewals, and identify upsell opportunities through regular visits and proactive communication.

Based in Tunbridge Wells with weekly office presence, you will travel across the UK and collaborate with internal teams to tailor services to client needs. This role offers hybrid working and a target-driven bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness and focus on renewals and client retention.
• Experience with CRM systems and business tools.
• Willingness to travel across the UK with a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins and face-to-face visits to understand client needs, visiting onsite/bi-annually.
• Manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Proactively address client concerns and mitigate risks to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM and other systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client expectations.
• Travel regularly across the UK to meet clients and foster relationships.
