GetRecruited UK Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial customers across a defined territory, with a strong focus on the care and hospitality sectors. The role requires around four days per week visiting client sites and building long-term relationships, delivering excellent service and identifying upsell opportunities.

You will work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Manager or equivalent in B2B environments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfortable with a field-based role and travel across a defined territory.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of commercial customers.
• Spend ~4 days per week in the field visiting customer sites.
• Conduct regular account reviews and customer meetings.
