Get Recruited UK Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to cover a diverse territory across care and hospitality sectors in Leeds. You will manage an established portfolio of commercial clients, visit sites around four days a week, build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

The role is field-based, with a basic salary of £35,000–£45,000, a company car and bonus scheme. You will join a stable business with excellent benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Account Manager or related role managing B2B customer relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in a highly field-based role with travel across territory.
• Diary and time management excellence; autonomous working capability.
• Driving licence and full UK driving entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with commercial customers across territory.
• Visit customer sites around four days per week.
• Build long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular account reviews and customer meetings.
• Provide training and ongoing support post-installation.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and external sales teams.
• Keep accurate records of visits, meetings and actions.
