Job summary

Get Recruited are recruiting for an Account Manager to cover Leeds and the surrounding territory, managing a portfolio of commercial customers. The role is highly field-based, with around four days each week visiting client sites, predominantly in the care and hospitality sectors.

You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, conduct regular reviews, deliver customer training, and ensure satisfaction and retention while coordinating with internal teams to guarantee seamless

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Manager or similar roles within B2B environments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the territory with a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of commercial customers across the territory.
• Visit customer sites ~4 days per week.
• Build long-term relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide ongoing support.
