CCH Group in the UK is recruiting a Care Coordinator to organise and deliver high-quality community care across branches. You will manage rotas, assess and review care plans, and support care workers in the field with travel between locations.

We value leadership, organisation, and strong relationships with teams and clients. A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are required; NVQ level 3 is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing rotas and field-based care staff.
• Knowledge of CQC, care plans and rotas.
• NVQ level 3 is desirable.
