Aspion is seeking a Business Development Manager for the South East region. The role is field-based with home working and regular regional travel. A £50,000–£60,000 salary plus uncapped commission and company car is on offer, along with pension and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales, business development, technical sales or account management experience.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in pump hire, tank rental, filtration, fluid handling or related equipment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to win new accounts and grow revenue.
• Promote pumps, storage tanks, filtration systems and fluid equipment hire.
• Conduct meetings and site visits to assess customer needs and present rental solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to quotation, negotiation and handover.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, project managers and procurement teams.
