Job summary
Charles Street Finance is a specialist secured lender based in Cheadle, South Manchester. We are seeking to grow our team in key areas and build relationships with brokers and direct customers in the Yorkshire and North East market, becoming product experts across our mortgage suite.
As a Business Development Manager, you will originate and manage bridging finance transactions from enquiry to completion, assess deal viability, perform due diligence, and structure facilities to meet client needs,
Qualifications
- Experience in a business development role for bridging finance.
- Ability to structure loans and understand underwriting standards.
- Proven ability to build relationships with intermediaries and customers.
- Strong sales skills to pursue leads and overcome objections.
- Excellent call handling, listening and influencing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Originate and manage bridging finance transactions from enquiry to completion.
- Assess deal viability, perform due diligence and structure facilities.
- Maintain relationships with brokers, borrowers and packagers.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities within risk appetite.
- Advise on submission routes and best-fit products.
