Job summary

AG Barr is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive growth in Central Scotland. This field-based role supports the Symbols & Independents sector, focusing on distribution, availability, and retailer education for the AG Barr core brands.

You will build relationships, monitor KPIs with data, and collaborate with a territory team to meet shared goals while managing time and POS materials for effective visits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working with alcohol products including Funkin Cocktails.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to attend occasional overnight stays for team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive distribution and availability of AG Barr core brands in the defined territory.
• Hit sales KPIs and grow market share using data to track progress.
• Educate retailers on hero, core, and more brands and secure POS materials.
• Build relationships with retailers and act as trusted partner.
