Job summary

AG Barr is seeking a hands-on Business Development Representative to drive display, stock availability, and brand visibility across a defined 60-store territory in Scotland. The role is field-based and permanent full-time, focusing on AG Barr core brands and maximizing in-store performance.

You will educate retailers on core brands, create impactful in-store displays, and sustain availability by managing POS and interruptions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience merchandising FMCG brands and building in-store displays.
• Experience working with retail outlets.
• Ability to move stock, restock chillers, and reorganise shelving.

Responsibilities

• Present brands via prepared presentation and secure a commitment to increase share of shelf and local display.
• Complete admin for each completed call.
• Move stock and restock chillers and ambient shelves as required.
• Place POS at key points of interruption within the store.
• Activate local displays and identify opportunities for additional POIs.
• Support projects across Take Home and Drink Now within territory.
