Job summary

A leading AV services company in the UK is seeking an AV and PAVA Maintenance Engineer to provide ongoing support and maintenance across various client sites. The role requires excellent knowledge of AV systems, strong communication skills, and experience in fault-finding and diagnostics. You will conduct maintenance visits, resolve client issues, and ensure systems are operational. A clean UK driving licence is required for this full-time position, which involves traveling to various locations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of installed AV systems including amplifiers, mixers, and DSPs.
• Experience with Dante, Crestron, and similar AV platforms.
• Confident working independently on client sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance visits.
• Respond to client service requests and coordinate support.
• Diagnose and repair AV / PAVA system faults.
