Job summary

Green Folk is seeking an Audio Visual Support Engineer for a field service role based near Woodley. The position involves generous travel to client sites, mainly in London and the Southern Counties, with occasional national coverage.

Salary ranges £40,000–£42,000 per annum plus a company vehicle, working Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Key duties include planning visits, remote technical support, updating equipment, and producing detailed service reports.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in an audio-visual service engineer role.
• Experience with commercial audio visual and videoconferencing systems.
• UK Driving licence and SC clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• You will be involved in planning, arranging and attending service visits, providing remote technical support, updating equipment and producing service reports as well as keeping the service records updated and responding to service call outs.
