Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Diagnostics Account Manager to cover the Midlands and East of England. The role focuses on supporting veterinary practices with VetScan Point of Care diagnostics, driving onboarding, installation, adoption and ongoing success of our diagnostic portfolio, and supporting the external laboratory business.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in veterinary or medical clinical environment.
• Sales or account management experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of veterinary/medical workflows and diagnostics.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with veterinary Practice Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding experiences for Zoetis Diagnostics customers.
• Support installation, adoption and utilisation of VetScan Point of Care portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with veterinary clinics in territory.
• Provide on-site and remote product training and support.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues with Technical Support teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services and Customer Support to maximise value.
• Apply consultative, solution-selling approach to understand customer needs.
