Job summary

You will support day-to-day administration of trusts and corporate structures, delivering a high standard of client service and collaborating with experienced colleagues and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on end-to-end fiduciary tasks, onboarding of new structures, and governance, with emphasis on accuracy, timely communication, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of 2-5 years’ fiduciary experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete STEP qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of trusts and corporate structures.
• Assist in end-to-end execution of fiduciary services for trusts and corporate admin.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure timely, accurate client communications.
• Onboard new structures and liaise with onboarding teams and bank operations.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records and support risk management tasks as assigned by management.
• Contribute to meetings and project work while managing deadlines.
