Job summary

J.P. Morgan Trust Company (Jersey) Limited is seeking a Trust Associate to join their fiduciary team in Jersey, Channel Islands. The role focuses on day-to-day administration of trust and corporate structures, ensuring timely and accurate execution with strong governance.

You will support fiduciary reviews, client meetings and onboarding of new structures, collaborating with Trust Officers and client-facing teams to deliver high standards of service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to complete STEP qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of trust and corporate structures.
• Assist in fiduciary services in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process transactions and prepare entries in the trust administration system.
• Liaise with client-facing teams and onboarding teams for new structures.
• Help prepare financial statements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support risk management and compliance tasks as needed.
