Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support delivery teams in rolling out fibre optic infrastructure across the UK. You'll work with Project Managers and on-site teams to coordinate resources, manage documentation, and keep communications open, ensuring projects run safely, on time, and on budget.

This role suits someone with strong admin skills and an interest in telecoms or infrastructure, offering the chance to grow in a fast-paced environment through our learning

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a project support, admin, or coordination role — ideally in telecoms, construction, or engineering.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate documentation including permits, drawings, reports, and compliance files.
• Support project meetings with scheduling, minute-taking, and action tracking.
• Maintain RAID logs, spreadsheets, and status dashboards.
• Support logistics, including tracking material deliveries and resource allocation.
