Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to drive interior fit-out and FF&E projects from concept through installation. You will coordinate designers, suppliers and installation teams, manage programmes and budgets, and ensure quality and compliance across the UK for Schools, Colleges and workplaces.

The ideal candidate has experience in construction coordination within education or commercial interiors, with a hands-on approach to delivery and strong

Qualifications

• Previous construction project coordination / management experience.
• Experience in Education or Commercial Workplace interiors is a plus.
• Willingness to attend regular site visits across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design handover to installation and handover.
• Attend site meetings with suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Develop and maintain programmes, budgets and progress reports.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best value while maintaining quality.
• Manage risks, resolve issues and support site activities.
