Job summary

CRC Contractors Ltd is seeking a Project Manager - FF&E for a permanent on-site role in Manchester. You will own the project management lifecycle from design intent to final installation and snagging, coordinating with the Project Coordinator to ensure essential documentation such as POs, RFQs and supplier contracts are in place.

You will read drawings, manage budgets, and navigate multiple live projects with energy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in FF&E project management within Education, Hospitality, Interior Design, Commercial, Residential or Joinery.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, specifications and finish schedules.
• DBS Certification or the ability to undertake.
• First Aid at Work Certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management lifecycle from design intent through to final installation and snagging.
• Develop and manage programmes, reports and trackers that support seamless execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator to ensure PO's, RFQ's and supplier contracts are in place.
• On-site coordination with installers and operators, plus collaboration with colleagues in the office.
• Manage multiple live sites, keeping to budget and design intent while mitigating risk.
