  • Working closely with procurement and project teams to coordinate ordering, delivery, installation, and budget management.
  • Managing FF&E budgets, reviewing supplier quotations, and identifying value engineering opportunities where required.
  • Leading furniture installations, styling, final dressing, snagging, and quality reviews.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior FF&E designers and coordinators.
  • Championing sustainable sourcing, furniture reuse, circular design principles, and responsible material selection.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of Workspace design standards, processes, and supplier partnerships.
What You'll Need
  • Significant experience in FF&E design and curation within workplace, hospitality, commercial interiors, or other design-led environments.
  • Experience working client-side, within an interior design practice, or a furniture design studio.
  • Proven experience delivering furniture, lighting, and styling projects from concept through to installation.
  • Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturers, suppliers, materials, finishes, and specification processes.
  • Experience preparing and managing FF&E schedules and specifications.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and working closely with procurement and delivery teams.
  • Experience developing bespoke furniture, custom-designed pieces, and unique design interventions.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of furniture design, interior styling, and current design trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
