Job summary

Workspace Group is seeking an FF&E Design Lead to shape look, feel and experience across our Workspace environments. You will lead furniture, lighting, artwork, styling and bespoke design, translating concepts into installation with a focus on customer experience and commercial outcomes.

You will manage FF&E schedules and procurement, collaborate with designers and suppliers, and mentor junior team members while championing sustainable design practices across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Significant FF&E design and curation experience within workplace, hospitality or commercial interiors.
• Experience delivering furniture, lighting and styling projects from concept to installation.
• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturers, materials, finishes and specs.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, specification and delivery of FF&E packages across multiple projects.
• Develop strategies for furniture, lighting, artwork, styling, planting and accessories.
• Create mood boards, material palettes and design narratives to communicate intent.
• Curate furniture, lighting, artwork and bespoke design elements.
• Source innovative products and collaborate with suppliers and makers.
• Coordinate custom-made pieces and prototypes with craftsmen.
• Manage FF&E budgets and procurement documentation.
• Oversee ordering, delivery, installation and budget alignment with teams.
• Lead furniture installations and final styling checks.
• Mentor junior FF&E designers and coordinators.
• Champion sustainable sourcing and circular design principles.
