Job summary

The Doyle Collection is seeking an enthusiastic FF&E Coordinator to join our Design team in London. You will support the selection, sourcing, procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment across luxury hotel projects, working with two interior designers.

Ideal candidates are design-driven graduates with strong organisational skills, familiar with MS Office and ideally AutoCAD/SketchUp, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support selection, sourcing and procurement of FF&E in line with concepts.
• Help manage project budgets and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information, samples and timelines.
• Maintain FF&E specifications, purchase orders and records.
• Coordinate deliveries and installations with designers and contractors.
• Support quality checks to ensure design standards are met.

Are you a recent Interior Design graduate looking to start your career with a luxury hospitality brand? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised FF&E Coordinator to join our Design team and support the successful delivery of interior design projects across The Doyle Collection.

Working alongside two Interior Designers, you will play a key role in the selection, sourcing, procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment, helping to bring exceptional hotel design projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Support the selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment in line with project concepts and design briefs.
• Research suppliers, obtain quotations and assist with procurement activities.
• Help manage project budgets and identify cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain product information, samples and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate FF&E specifications, purchase orders and project records.
• Assist with tracking deliveries and coordinating installations.
• Support quality checks to ensure products meet agreed specifications and standards.
• Work closely with designers, contractors and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

About You

• Passionate about design, interiors and luxury hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software is desirable.
• Proactive, eager to learn and enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment.
