Job summary

The Doyle Collection is seeking an enthusiastic FF&E Coordinator to join our Design team in London. You will support the selection, sourcing, procurement and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment across luxury hotel projects, working with two interior designers.

Ideal candidates are design-driven graduates with strong organisational skills, familiar with MS Office and ideally AutoCAD/SketchUp, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Recent interior design graduate with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support selection, sourcing and procurement of FF&E in line with concepts.
• Help manage project budgets and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information, samples and timelines.
• Maintain FF&E specifications, purchase orders and records.
• Coordinate deliveries and installations with designers and contractors.
• Support quality checks to ensure design standards are met.
