Job summary

The Doyle Collection is seeking an experienced FF&E & Design Integrity Manager to join our Interior Design team in London. You will protect and enhance the guest experience across our luxury hotel portfolio by ensuring that every detail from furniture, lighting and finishes reflects our brand standards.

This role blends design and project management as you oversee FF&E packages from specification to installation, conduct design audits, and collaborate with hotel teams, suppliers and stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience in luxury hospitality or design-led environments.
Strong FF&E and project management expertise.
Excellent eye for detail and presentation.
Ability to balance design ambitions with operational realities.

Responsibilities

Managing FF&E aspects of refurbishment and capital projects from concept through to installation.
Protecting design intent during procurement, manufacturing and delivery.
Conducting regular hotel visits and design audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
Supporting hotels with replacement furniture, finishes, lighting and accessories while maintaining design standards.
Building relationships with operational teams and acting as a trusted design advisor across the portfolio.
Contributing to the development of design standards, approved suppliers and product libraries.
