Borough Kitchen is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Temporary Christmas Sales Associates to join our Borough team during the busy festive season.

We are seeking people who share our passion for food and entertaining, enjoy engaging with customers and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You must be available weekends/bank holidays; full product and sales training will be provided to help you feel confident in your role.

Competenze

• A genuine passion for food, cooking and entertaining.
• Friendly, outgoing and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Mansioni

• Delivering an excellent customer experience through friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service.
• Welcoming customers, understanding their needs and confidently recommending suitable products.
• Building positive relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits.
• Replenishing stock and keeping the shop floor well-presented, organised and ready for trading.
• Supporting the team with merchandising, displays and maintaining store standards.
• Processing purchases, arranging deliveries and assisting with after-sales enquiries.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend complementary products, special orders and items from our online shop.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, particularly during busy trading periods.
