Job summary

Boots is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor in London to help customers find gifts and offers during the Christmas rush. You’ll be the friendly face on the shop floor, delivering helpful, personalised service and supporting stock and deliveries as needed.

This temporary role offers weekly pay at £13.02–£15.10 per hour, with opportunities for longer-term work depending on local availability. Bank holidays and peak periods require flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self‑checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
