Job summary

Dakota Glasgow is seeking an outgoing waiter/waitress with hospitality experience for a festive fixed-term role at our Glasgow property. You will deliver high-quality service, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction while working with the bar and kitchen teams.

The position is part-time on a zero-hours basis, with evenings and weekends included, from 2 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. Induction dates are 3 November and 12 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays, including festive periods.
• Available for induction sessions on specified dates.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with attentive table service and accurate orders.
• Present menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Bar and Kitchen for smooth service flow.
• Maintain knowledge of allergens and menus for guest guidance.
