Job summary

Dakota is seeking an outgoing Restaurant Waiter/Waitress for a festive, fixed-term role from 2 November 2026 to 10 January 2027. The position operates on a zero-hours contract with typical shifts between 4 and 12 hours per week. Induction on 4 November and training on 14 November are required.

Earnings are £14.06 per hour (base £12.71 plus troncs). Candidates should be available for key festive dates and demonstrate enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in hospitality or similar role.
• Outgoing, sociable person with clear communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and proactively during shifts.
• Willing to pour, serve and promote alcohol offerings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as section waiter/waitress and deliver attentive table service.
• Take orders and deliver large food trays to guest tables.
• Engage guests with personalised menu recommendations.
• Coordinate with Bar and Kitchen for smooth service and allergen info.
