Job summary

Village Hotels - Walsall is seeking a Meetings & Events Team Member to support festive parties and events during the Christmas peak. You will greet guests with confidence, help deliver high service standards, and ensure everyone has a safe, memorable visit to our venue.

This is a fixed-term contract until January. No formal experience required beyond a positive attitude; full training is provided, with great perks and a fun, fast-paced team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is welcome, attitude and energy matter most.
• Friendly, positive, personable approach with a teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take on shift responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and service event spaces to exact brand standards.
• Serve festive meals and beverages with confidence and care.
• Operate AV equipment and adjust tech for events as needed.
• Keep event spaces tidy and equipment stored safely after shifts.
• Follow Health and Safety, Fire, Food Safety and Licensing rules.
