Village Hotels in Coventry is seeking a Meetings & Events Team Member for a Christmas Fixed Term Contract until January. You will be on the frontline delivering festive parties and events, greeting guests with confidence, and ensuring they feel welcome, safe and valued throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is helpful but a positive attitude matters most.
• Ability to greet guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Comfort with fast-paced festive environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and service of event spaces to brand standards.
• Serve festive meals and drinks with confidence.
• Operate AV equipment and assist during events.
• Keep spaces tidy and safely stored after events.
• Follow Health & Safety and licensing guidelines.
