Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Meetings & Events Team Member for a festive Christmas period. You’ll help deliver high-energy events, from corporate lunches to large party nights, welcoming guests with confidence and ensuring they feel looked after throughout the visit.

Join a vibrant team and bring your enthusiasm to a busy, fast-paced season. Training and support are provided, with a focus on safety, service standards, and guest satisfaction during the peak period.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and servicing our event spaces to exact brand standards, ensuring the room looks spectacular before the guests arrive.
• Serving festive meals, drinks and refreshments with confidence and flare, keeping the service smooth when the room is packed.
• Getting confident with our tech to operate AV equipment safely and smoothly for our clients.
• Keeping our spaces organised by ensuring all event equipment is stored away correctly and safely after a busy party night.
• Participating in full compliance with Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, Food Safety, and Licensing laws to keep a safe environment for everyone.
