Job summary

Village invites you to join our Meetings & Events team for a festive Christmas period at our hotels. This fixed-term contract runs until January, offering a fast-paced, fun environment where guest satisfaction is the priority.

You will welcome guests, help set up event spaces, serve meals and drinks, and ensure safety and smooth service across corporate lunches and party nights. Attitude and energy matter just as much as experience, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly, energetic, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with confidence and professionalism.
• Set up and service event spaces to brand standards.
• Serve festive meals and drinks.
• Operate AV equipment as needed.
• Ensure health, safety and licensing compliance.
