GAUCHO is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Waiter / Food Runner for the festive period in Birmingham. This temporary fixed-term position offers a fast-paced hospitality environment where you will support service operations and guest experience.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, possess a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team while delivering great guest service. Training and staff meals are provided on each shift.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company rules and procedures.
• Back up service for all service operations.
• Keep tables cleared, cleaned and reset during service.
• Ensure bus stations are stocked and set for service.
• Act as a role model with a positive approach.
• Strive to make every guest a repeat guest.
