GAUCHO is seeking a Commis Waiter / Food Runner to join the team over the festive period on a fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and enjoy working within a team.

Responsibilities include adhering to company rules, providing backup service, keeping tables clean, and ensuring service areas are stocked. A positive, friendly attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures.
• To provide backup service to all the service operations.
• Ensure that tables are cleared and cleaning and reset during service.
• To ensure the bus stations are kept fully stocked and set for service.
• Act as a role model to all new employees by showing a positive approach to your job role.
• To ensure we are striving to make every guest a repeat guest by achieving the cycle of service every time.
