Job summary

GAUCHO is seeking a Commis Waiter / Food Runner for the festive period to join the Birmingham team on a temporary fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027. You will work collaboratively with the service team, provide support across shifts, and help maintain high standards of guest service.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a team player with a genuine passion for hospitality. A good level of English and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures.
• Provide backup service to all service operations.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned and reset during service.
• Keep bus stations stocked and set for service.
• Show a positive approach and act as a role model for new staff.
• Help make every guest a repeat guest by maintaining high service standards.
