Job summary

GAUCHO is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Waiter / Food Runner to join the team over the festive period. This temporary fixed-term role offers a great chance to learn in a busy hospitality environment and contribute to guest satisfaction.

You will work as part of a team, provide backup service, and help clear, clean and reset tables during service. A good level of English and a positive, energetic attitude are essential. Staff meals and discounts apply.

Qualifications

• Temp role for the festive period with a fixed-term contract until 03 January 2027.
• Ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well in a team and helps wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures.
• Provide backup service to all service operations.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned and reset during service.
• Keep bus stations stocked and set for service.
• Act as a role model to new employees with a positive approach.
• Help ensure every guest has a memorable, repeat visit.
