JD Healthcare Group is seeking a Fertility Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care across the fertility treatment journey. You will work within a close-knit multidisciplinary team, supporting patients through consultations, procedures and treatment cycles, ensuring safety and compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Registered nurses or midwives must hold current NMC registration.
• Degree-level nursing qualification required.
• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Evidence-based practice and accurate clinical record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised nursing care across all fertility stages.
• Assess and discharge patients after sedation; assist egg collection.
• Support IUI and endometrial scratching after in-house training.
• Educate patients on treatment schedules and injectable medications.
• Perform phlebotomy and maintain resuscitation equipment stocks.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email and video.
• Participate in audits and pre-treatment screening reviews.
