Job summary

JD Healthcare Group, including London Women's Clinic, is seeking an Enquiries Consultant to be the first point of contact for individuals entering fertility care. You will handle telephone, email and web inquiries with warmth and accuracy, guiding patients toward bookings and supporting them through early steps of their journey.

You will maintain records in Salesforce, collaborate with multiple teams, and provide empathetic communication while handling sensitive information in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience with an excellent telephone manner.
• Healthcare or fertility environment experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Computer literacy including Outlook, electronic medical records systems and Salesforce.
• Comfort discussing sensitive topics with empathy, discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries via phone, email and web.
• Provide accurate information about treatments and services.
• Guide potential patients to book their first appointment.
• Record all interactions on Salesforce CRM with up-to-date notes.
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Follow up with enquiries to understand individual needs and provide tailored information.
