Westray Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an Agriculture Retail Sales Manager in the South West Scotland region. The role focuses mainly on account management with some new business development in fertiliser products.

You will travel to farms, maintain client relationships and support merchants while promoting branded fertiliser lines. The position offers a base salary around 40k with discretionary bonus, remote working with travel, and potential company car or car allowance, plus training

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural sales or farming background is advantageous.
• Strong relationship building and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Conduct farm calls and build relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain sales volumes and follow up actions from farm calls.
• Support Merchants and Agents in the region and provide product training.
• Plan and execute regional sales campaigns and monitor KPIs.
