Westray Recruitment Consultants Ltd is looking for a Retail Sales Account Manager to focus mainly on account management with 15% new business in the Cumbria region. The role involves farm calls, training distributors, and supporting a network of merchants while achieving regional sales targets.

Ideal candidates will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel. A UK driving licence and flexibility for travel are required.

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct farm calls with established clients and develop relationships while maintaining current fertiliser sales volumes.
• Follow up on actions from farm calls using an efficient management system.
• Maintain a well-organised calling pattern and support merchants and agents in the region.
• Provide technical and product training to distributors to promote branded products.
• Plan and implement regional sales campaigns and monitor KPIs.
