Job summary

Bowdon Associates Limited is seeking a Project Manager - Commercial Fencing to lead nationwide commercial fencing projects from survey to handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and high safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a small fencing team, coordination with clients and subcontractors, and travel across the UK and Ireland, with a DBS check and CSCS/SMSTS preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial fencing.
• Experience with 358 mesh fencing projects.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• SMSTS and CSCS Card (black) preferred.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
• Flexibility for nationwide travel.

Responsibilities

• Line management of fencing team.
• Manage multiple fencing projects from survey to handover.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Plan schedules, budgets and resources; control costs.
• Ensure health & safety compliance, CDM regulations and fencing standards.
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors; oversee quality to snagging.
• Coach and support the fencing team.
