Job summary

Kirkland Associates is seeking a Fencing Contracts Manager to oversee fencing projects from site assessment to final account. The role involves managing multiple installations across the Midlands with travel from Mansfield.

You will prepare quotations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, monitor costs and ensure RAMS and safety compliance. A full UK driving licence and experience in fencing or civil works are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fencing, construction, groundworks or civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project costs and commercial awareness.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites to assess requirements, take measurements and identify access or installation considerations.
• Prepare accurate quotations and calculate labour, materials, plant and subcontractor requirements.
• Manage contracts from award through to completion.
• Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, materials and site programmes.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, variations and additional works.
• Prepare and review RAMS and ensure projects meet health and safety requirements.
