Job summary

Kirkland Associates is seeking a Fencing Contracts Manager to oversee fencing projects from site assessment to final account. The role involves managing multiple installations across the Midlands with travel from Mansfield.

You will prepare quotations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, monitor costs and ensure RAMS and safety compliance. A full UK driving licence and experience in fencing or civil works are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fencing, construction, groundworks or civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project costs and commercial awareness.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.

Fencing Contracts Manager

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire with travel across the Midlands
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000, negotiable depending on experience

We are recruiting for an established fencing contractor delivering commercial, industrial, security, education and infrastructure projects across the Midlands. This is a hands-on role managing multiple fencing and gate installation projects from initial site assessment and quotation through to completion and final account.
