Job summary

Britplas Secure is seeking a Fencing Project Manager (Commercial) to oversee multiple security fencing projects across the UK from survey to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

This full-time role includes line management of a small fencing team, requires SMSTS and CSCS, willingness for DBS check, and regular nationwide travel including overnights.

Qualifications

• A proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial fencing (not domestic).
• Experience with 358 mesh fencing projects.
• SMSTS and CSCS Card (black).
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
• Flexibility for nationwide travel, including frequent overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Line management of a small fencing team
• Manage multiple fencing projects simultaneously, from site survey through to handover, including site visits throughout the UK and Ireland
• Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Plan schedules, budgets and resource requirements and manage costs throughout
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM regulations and fencing / security standards
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors and manage quality through to snagging
• Coach and support the wider fencing team

Britplas Secure is seeking a Fencing Project Manager (Commercial) to manage commercial security fencing projects from pre-construction through to completion; on time, on budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Location: UK-wide, office, home and site based including frequent working away and overnights
