Job summary

Graham Rose is seeking a Fencing Labourer to work in the Redhill area, carrying out fencing and general labour on domestic properties within a localised radius.

You will dig, lift, carry and assemble materials, load and unload vehicles, and operate a company vehicle safely while following team instructions. Driving license with up to 6 points is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fencing is welcomed.
• Valid driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Willingness to work in a localised area on domestic properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour and fencing duties including digging, lifting, and assembling materials.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
• Work alone or as part of a team on building maintenance projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and job sites.
• Safely operate company vehicle and comply with traffic laws.
• Follow instructions and collaborate with team to complete tasks.
• Use a PDA to receive tasks and complete follow-up actions.

Job description

Labourers with Fencing experience required in the Redhill area. You will be working on the clients housing stock replacing and installing fences to domestic residential properties in a localised area.

Fencing Labourer - £25,878 per annum - 37 hours per week

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform general labour and fencing duties, including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling materials as required.
• Assist in loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring proper handling, and securing of items.
• Working as an individual or as part of a team on all aspects of building maintenance work, from minor repairs to larger one-off projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and job sites.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicle, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to receive allocated work tasks and complete follow-up actions.
