Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Fencer/Groundworker for a temp-to-perm role covering external works across occupied and void properties in Basingstoke and Reading.

You will perform fencing and paving installations and repairs, drainage, brickwork and general external maintenance; company van and fuel card provided, with a clear path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in fencing and general groundwork.
• Ability to carry out a variety of external maintenance works.
• Reliable, practical and able to work independently.

Experienced Fencer / Groundworker Required - Temp to Perm | Property Maintenance Contractor

Our client is a well-established property maintenance contractor looking for an experienced Fencer / Groundworker to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves carrying out a range of external works across occupied and void properties throughout Basingstoke and Reading.

Duties Include:

• Fencing repairs and installations
• Paving repairs and installations
• Manhole and drainage works
• General brickwork repairs
• General external property maintenance

Preferred (Not Essential):

• CAT & Genny trained
