Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworker to join a site-based team covering Basingstoke and Reading on a temp-to-perm basis, carrying out external works on occupied and void properties.

You will pave, fence, and undertake drainage and brickwork repairs, with a van and fuel card provided; CAT & Genny training is preferred but not essential.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a groundworker on external works.
• Proficient in paving repairs and installations.
• Experience with fencing, drainage and brickwork repairs.
• CAT & Genny training is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out paving repairs and installations.
• Perform fencing works and gate installations as needed.
• Conduct manhole and drainage works.
• Carry out general brickwork repairs on external structures.

Experienced Groundworker Required - Temp to Perm | Property Maintenance Contractor (Basingstoke & Reading)

Our client is a well-established property maintenance contractor looking for an experienced Groundworker to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis, carrying out external works across occupied and void properties throughout Basingstoke and Reading.

Duties Include:

• Paving repairs and installations
• Fencing works
• Manhole and drainage works
• General brickwork repairs

• Ongoing work with the opportunity to go permanent
