Job summary

Bluebird Care Peterborough is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our expert team and help us set the standard in in-home care. You will support customers with all aspects of daily living, working independently or as part of a supportive team who are with you every step of the way.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. Full induction, ongoing expert training, flexible shifts, uniform and PPE provided, and 24/7 support are available.

• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
