Job summary

Mencap is seeking Female Support Workers in Worksop for a part-time role (20 hours per week). A driving license is essential and a DBS check with references is required. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily tasks and providing emotional support in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

Job description

Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in Worksop on a part time basis.

As a Female Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

A driver is essential for this role. Without a full UK driving license candidates will not be able to proceed any further with applications.

This is for a 20 hour per week position.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
