Job summary

Royal Mencap Society in Pembrokeshire is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our caring team. You will assist individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities, provide emotional support, and help them participate in social life.

A valid UK driving licence is required. We offer flexible part-time or full-time shifts including evenings and weekends, with DBS checks and a strong commitment to inclusion.

Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our incredible team in Pembrokeshire .

As a Female Support Worker , you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities . You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

What we're looking for :

Contract options :

Part-time: 16-20 hrs

Full-time: 37.5 hrs

All our services are 24hr care. W e prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

Th ere is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £ 64 .20 .
