Job summary

Rehability UK is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist adults with complex needs, including mental health, autism and learning disabilities. You will enable meaningful activities, provide personal care when required, and help with daily living tasks to promote independence.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a willingness to learn in a supportive, client‑centered environment. A driver’s license is preferred and opportunities for progression are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with complex needs, or Mental Health, Autism or Learning Disability as per service requirements.
• Must be a driver and prepared to travel as part of the role.
• Willingness to learn and flexible communication with service users.

Responsibilities

• Support people to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities.
• Assist with personal care, meals, shopping and attending medical appointments.
• Help individuals participate in social activities and community outings.
