Dimensions Ltd in Keynsham (BS31) is seeking compassionate Female Support Workers to aid 10 adults with learning disabilities and other needs in a vibrant supported living home. Roles include 1:1 and shared support, personal care, and helping residents build confidence and independence.

The team values patient, calm communication and a friendly, adaptable approach. A full UK driving licence is preferred; shifts include early, late, and sleep-ins with additional sleep-in pay.

Formación

• Experience in care setting is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and mobility support.
• Assist with medication administration as trained.
• Prepare meals and support activities.
• Support individuals to develop independence and choice.
